No. Online subscription payments are not available yet, so the current application does not automatically charge you when your trial ends. Payment arrangements will be confirmed before paid access becomes available.
Your financial records are kept, but locked when your trial expires. Continuing to use them requires an active subscription or complimentary access granted by Island Ledger. Contact us to discuss access.

Yes. The owner can invite up to two non-owner members, including an accountant. Your accountant uses one of those two seats. As the owner, you choose which modules they can access. Active members and pending invitations that have not expired count toward the two-seat limit. See the team setup guide for the steps.
